Where can I find more details about the conference? 

This website for the Hawaiʻi STEM Conference is being updated as we have more info! Make sure to check all pages, and follow us at STEMworks on IG/FB for the latest updates.

 

How does registration work?

We use the Whova app for registration and conference information. Teachers can register themselves and their students easily at the same time by selecting the number of registrations needed and entering everyone's information. Info you will need for each attendee: Name, Preferred Name, Email, DOB, T-shirt size, Grade, Gender, Ethnicity, Emergency Contact Info.

You can pay at time of registration, or if you are needing a Purchase order  - utilize the “PurchaseOrder” discount code. We will reach out to you with the Purchase order via email.

What meals are provided?

Lunch will be provided on both days, all other meals and snacks will need to be paid for on their own. No outside food is allowed at the Sheraton Waikīkī.

 

Will there be a shuttle to the Sheraton Waikīkī?

Yes! There will be shuttle service from HNL airport to the Sheraton. Please indicate on your Teacher registration if shuttle services are requested at no cost to your school. If you are unable to make the shuttle, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation at your own cost.

 

Will there be storage for our luggage at the Sheraton Waikīkī?

Yes, if you are visiting from a neighbor island, we will have a storage room available for your luggage to be held during the conference.
