Brian Madamba, also known as Brevenchym, is a Hawaiʻi-based talent development professional and social media creator. He works in workforce development and learning, helping people grow their careers while also building a strong digital presence. Brian is passionate about mentoring the next generation and showing students that STEM, creativity, and communication skills can work together in modern careers. He brings a unique perspective on how branding, storytelling, and digital strategy shape today’s workforce.

As a girl in STEM, my STEMworks summer internship and their support of our Girls Can STEM events gave me hands-on experiences that helped me see myself as part of this field. Seeing how they encourage and uplift girls like me has inspired me to continue pursuing a career in STEM and medicine, knowing I can make a difference and serve as a role model for others.

Participating in STEMworks has allowed me to gain hands-on experience through summer internships, which has been invaluable in shaping my skills and understanding of engineering. Attending and MCing the Hawaii STEM Conference has further inspired me by connecting me with professionals and peers, strengthening my outlook for a future career in aerospace engineering.
