Join our Exhibitor Playground at the 18th Annual Hawaiʻi STEM Conference, taking place on Wednesday April 7, 2027, at the Sheraton Waikiki!

Connect directly with Hawaii’s teachers, students, and school leaders through our exhibitor playground! You'll get the opportunity to showcase your STEM programs and products, boosting your company’s visibility while driving the future of STEM education across the islands. This year, we're scheduling in dedicated Playground session times for attendees, so students and teachers will have even more opportunities to connect with you!

The general exhibitor registration includes: 

• Two staff registrations with complimentary lunch 

• One 6' draped exhibit table with two chairs

• Wifi and electricity access

• Listing in the conference program

• Access to all conference sessions and events 

Options are available for exhibitors who wish to bring more staff or require more space for their exhibits.
